Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of our website and the electrical services we provide throughout Murrieta, Temecula, and Southern California.
Last updated: May 24, 2026
Welcome to Precision Electrical Services (“Precision Electrical Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at preciseelectricalservicesinc.com (the “Site”) and your engagement of our electrical services. By using our Site or requesting services from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
About Our Services
Precision Electrical Services is a licensed and insured electrical contractor providing residential and commercial electrical services — including electrical panel upgrades, EV charger installation, ceiling fan installation, recessed lighting, and related work — to customers in Murrieta, Temecula, and the surrounding Southern California region. The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, a professional inspection, or a guarantee of any specific result.
Estimates & Quotes
Estimates and quotes we provide are based on the information available to us at the time and are not final until confirmed in a written agreement. The scope and price of work may change after an on-site inspection or if conditions, materials, or your requirements differ from what was originally described. Unless stated otherwise, written estimates are valid for 30 days. Any separate written service agreement or contract you sign for actual work will govern that work and will control if it conflicts with these Terms.
Scheduling, Cancellations & Access
We will make reasonable efforts to perform services on the scheduled date and time, but arrival windows and completion times are estimates and may be affected by weather, supply availability, permitting, or conditions discovered on site. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible. You agree to provide safe and timely access to the work area and to disclose known hazards, prior electrical work, or conditions that may affect the job.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due as set out in your estimate or written service agreement.
- We may require a deposit before ordering materials or beginning work.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Past-due balances may be subject to late charges to the extent permitted by law.
Permits & Code Compliance
We perform our work in accordance with the California Electrical Code and applicable local codes. Where a permit is required, we will obtain or arrange for the appropriate permit and inspection. Pricing assumes normal, accessible installation conditions; bringing pre-existing or non-compliant wiring up to current code, or addressing concealed conditions discovered during the work, may require additional work and cost, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work. We warrant our labor and workmanship against defects for the period stated in your written service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment, fixtures, and materials we install and are provided by the manufacturer, not by us. Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect;
- Work, repairs, or modifications performed by anyone other than us;
- Pre-existing conditions or parts of your electrical system that we did not install or service;
- Damage from power surges, lightning, flooding, fire, pests, or other events beyond our control; and
- Normal wear and tear.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the property and the work requested;
- Ensure the work area is reasonably clear and accessible, and secure pets;
- Obtain any necessary approvals from a homeowners’ association or property owner; and
- Promptly notify us of any concerns about the work.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty expressly provided in a written service agreement or any rights you have under California consumer-protection law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision Electrical Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precision Electrical Services and its owners and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
